Our Evaluation Process
INQUIRY
This is where we begin our work together, establishing clear goals and mutual understanding.
  • Request: Understanding client needs and initiating the inquiry process.
  • Discovery: Identifying and exploring all project requirements.
  • Proposal: Developing a tailored evaluation proposal that defines objectives and strategies.
ESTABLISHING SET UP
This phase formalizes the process and sets the groundwork for successful collaboration
  • Accepts: Confirming that both parties are aligned and ready to move forward.
  • Scope of Work: Defining the deliverables, objectives, and timeline to ensure clarity on all sides.
  • Contract: Finalizing formal agreements and securing the terms of the project.
